College & Career Middle School Success Coach

The success coach provides one-On-One academic mentoring, career exploration, and early postsecondary planning support to middle school students, building relationships to foster accountability and awareness of college and career pathways. Key duties include collaborating with staff, guiding goal setting, supporting college and career events, and tracking student progress.

Candidates must be proficient in microsoft office suite and google workspace, maintain confidentiality, and be available for occasional evening/Weekend events on site. Preferred candidates have experience working with middle school students in mentoring or education roles, or have an interest in college and career readiness, and must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
