Epic Credentialed Trainer - Ambulatory Implementations

This role involves providing classroom training to end users on assigned epic applications using provided curriculum, administering proficiency assessments, and overseeing all classroom logistics. The trainer will also collaborate with principal trainers to address end-User learning needs, provide remediation, and participate in continuous quality improvement activities.

Candidates must possess an associate’s degree or a high school diploma/Ged plus two years of relevant professional experience, and must pass an epic credentialing test with a minimum score of 85 percent within the first six months of hire. Clinical experience and previous experience teaching or working with epic are preferred qualifications.
