Clinical Mentor Extender (RN) Women's and Children's - Inova Fairfax Medical Campus

The rn will support the women's and children's departments at inova fairfax medical campus by providing newly hired rns, potentially in any specialty, with extra support, instruction, and resource deferral. This role also involves supporting the new graduate boot camp, focusing on increasing confidence and competency in critical nursing skills.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in nursing and have at least two years of progressive experience in a designated nursing specialty. Licensure in virginia or an active multi-State rn license, along with current bls certification from the american heart association, is required.
