Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Behavior technicians work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate, patient, and compassionate individuals, at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged, capable of passing a background check and obtaining necessary certifications. The role requires significant physical ability, including the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical movements.
