Employment Coach - Caregiver (Wheelchair Experience) Preferred - South Orange County

The employment coach mentors and supports individuals with developmental disabilities at their job sites, focusing on job development, maintaining employment, and fostering positive relationships within the community and workplace. Responsibilities include implementing directives from management, ensuring health and safety, and utilizing digital tools for long-Term employment goal achievement.

Candidates should possess strong organization, communication, and writing skills, along with proficiency in computers and online platforms, as some services are provided remotely. While two years of college or equivalent experience and specific job development/Disability support experience are preferred, they are not strictly required.
