The registered behavior technician will deliver 1

1 applied behavior analysis therapy to young learners, focusing on teaching communication, daily living, play, and social skills. Responsibilities also include implementing treatment plans, collecting accurate data, completing same-Day documentation, and maintaining a positive therapeutic environment.

A high school diploma is required, though a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and rbt certification is preferred but support is offered for obtaining it. Candidates must have reliable transportation, a mobile phone, and the physical ability to engage in active play, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
