Core responsibilities

The registered behavior technician will provide one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to young children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder in a center-Based environment. This involves teaching essential life skills such as communication, social interaction, play, and daily living, strictly following individualized treatment plans created by a supervising board certified behavior analyst (Bcba).

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a passion for helping young children, demonstrating patience, dependability, and energy to actively engage in play, along with a strong desire to learn new skills. While registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification is preferred, the center supports employees in earning this certification, and physical requirements include the ability to perform various movements and lift up to 50 lbs.
