Child Autism Support Specialist, Clinic-Based (Entry-level)

The role involves working one-On-One with children aged 2–12 to help them build essential life skills, such as communication and independence, through active, hands-On engagement. Responsibilities also include managing challenging behaviors, tracking progress, taking session notes, and collaborating with the team for support and plan adjustments.

Candidates must have some experience working with children, such as babysitting or coaching, and must possess the patience and flexibility to handle difficult moments calmly. A high school diploma or ged is required, along with availability for afternoon/Evening shifts (Starting at 3 pm) and saturdays.
