Child Autism Support Specialist, Clinic-Based (Entry-level)

The role involves working one-On-One with autistic children (Ages 2–12) to help them build essential life skills such as communication and independence through active, hands-On therapy sessions. Responsibilities also include managing challenging behaviors, tracking progress, taking session notes, and collaborating with the clinical team.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and possess the physical stamina for active engagement, including lifting up to 45 pounds. Availability is required for afternoon/Evening shifts (Starting at 3 pm) and saturdays, alongside a commitment to learning and supporting children through respect and empathy.
