Child Autism Support Specialist, Clinic-Based (Entry-level)

The role involves working one-On-One with autistic children (Ages 2–12) to help them build essential life skills such as communication and independence through active, hands-On engagement like playing games and teaching daily tasks. Responsibilities also include managing challenging behaviors calmly, tracking progress, taking session notes for the bcba, and communicating with the team for support and adjustments.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and possess the physical stamina for active engagement, including lifting up to 45 pounds. Availability is required for afternoon/Evening shifts (Starting at 3 pm) and saturdays, with compensation starting at $19/Hour, increasing to $22.50 upon rbt certification.
