Core responsibilities
Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities include using evidence-Based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, possess patience and compassion, and be able to work well in a team. Minimum requirements include being 18+, having a high school diploma or ged, passing a background check, and the ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and being bilingual in spanish.
