Early Learning and Family Support Specialist

The specialist supports all family engagement initiatives, ensures deliverables are met, and advocates for caregivers in early learning settings. Key duties include collaborating with teams, building community partnerships, facilitating play & learn groups, and contributing to early learning classrooms.

A minimum requirement is an associate's degree in a related field, along with two years of experience working with parents and young children. Candidates must possess excellent english and spanish communication skills, reliable transportation, and required certifications like first aid/Cpr and a food handlers card.
