Endocrinology and diabetes care in available in Danvers for patients with conditions related to endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism.
  • These conditions include: cholesterol disorders, calcium disorders, diabetes, hypertension, pituitary disorders, menopause, metabolic disorders, osteoporosis, and thyroid disease. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, patient-care oriented, and flexible in supporting the Endocrinology line of service across various aspects of care. This role will work closely with the dietitian team and primarily support patients of the Endocrinology providers. The position will report to the Site Manager while also collaborating with the Medical Director and the Endocrinology leadership team. In addition, the individual will partner closely with the Primary Care team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care. We are seeking a full-time 40-hour Diabetes Educator to support our Endocrinology department.

  • Educator will support our practice across three locations: 104 Endicott Street, Danvers; 331 Highland Avenue, Salem and 2 Corporation Way, Peabody.
  • The schedule will consist of five 8-hour shifts between the hours of 8:00
  • AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This position will rotate between the three sites, with two days per week at one location, two days at another, and one day at the third location, providing support where needed across the practice. The Diabetes Educator is responsible for providing comprehensive education and support to patients living with diabetes. This role focuses on promoting self-management skills to improve health outcomes while working collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans and diabetes management programs.
