Certified Diabetes Educator, Endocrinology

The diabetes educator will provide comprehensive education and support to patients with diabetes across three locations, focusing on promoting self-Management skills to improve health outcomes. This role involves conducting thorough patient assessments, developing personalized education plans, leading group sessions, and collaborating closely with dietitians and the endocrinology team.

Candidates must possess a certified diabetes educator (Cde/Cdces) certification and have 2-3 years of required experience in health and nutrition related to diabetes education or counseling. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's or master's degree and several years of experience in diabetes management, including technical aspects like cgm and insulin pump starts.
