Red Shield Youth Center Youth Development Professional (4632)

This position plans, implements, and supervises activities within a specific program area supporting youth development outcomes like academic success and healthy lifestyles. Responsibilities also include potentially overseeing special programs, providing supervision oversight to other staff in absence of the coordinator, and building professional relationships with members and families.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clear driving record, potentially requiring a cdl level license. Preferred qualifications include previous work experience with children and youth, and obtaining cpr and first aid certification is necessary.
