Anticipated hiring range: $47,250- $50,000
The person in this position must possess the specialized knowledge necessary to work with college autistic students and must consistently stay up to date on research/best practices related to this work and coaching strategies through collaboration with program leadership. The person in this position must maintain organized and professional relationships with academic partners while assessing the effectiveness of the academic engagement of Mosaic students and the effectiveness of coaching strategies. This person would carry a large caseload of students for academic, social, and executive function coaching while also recruiting tutors for extended study hours.
- This person would research UDL strategies and best practices for supporting autistic college students in the classroom and will collaborate with Mosaic leadership to create and deliver workshops to academic departments and support staff on our campus.
- This will help UTC stay a actively and engaged autism confident campus.
- This person executes and supervises the study hours component of the program and manages the data out of this component.
- This person is responsible for recruiting, training and supervising part-time students and interns for extended study hours.
- Finally, this person will gather data and assist in creating program reports.
