Youth Development Professional- Pulaski (25-26 School Year)

The primary function involves executing hands-On programs for youth (K-12th graders) focused on academic success, healthy lifestyles, and good character & citizenship, while ensuring member safety and proper conduct. Responsibilities also include facility maintenance, accurate record keeping such as attendance, and potentially overseeing special events or consulting with parents.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and some experience working with children, with preference given to those with prior experience in planning and supervising group activities in similar organizations. Essential soft skills include the ability to relate to young people, control a group, ensure activities are fun, and demonstrate teamwork, patience, and reliability.
