Lead Pre-K Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for developing and implementing play-Based lesson plans that promote children's development. They also observe and assess child progress, maintain classroom culture, and communicate with parents.

Candidates must have experience working with young children and knowledge of early childhood development principles. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to meet physical demands of the job.
