Lead aba therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-Center environment and provide daily support to behavior technicians. Develop individualized behavior plans and engage parents to drive meaningful progress.

Candidates should be a bcba with a passion for early intervention and evidence-Based care. Experience in developing behavior plans and engaging with parents is essential.
