BCBA

B.c.b.a.s will develop, implement, and evaluate natural environment modifications to promote improvement in social behavior for children and adolescents on the autism spectrum. They will also supervise staff and train parents in the implementation of intervention protocols.

Candidates must have a master's level bcba certification and at least one year of clinical experience providing direct services to children with autism. Knowledge of insurance funding systems and exceptional leadership skills are also required.
