Overview
Maintain the Center for Student Success (CSS) during evening hours. Responsible for assisting and guiding students who utilize the CSS through one-on-one and group tutoring sessions.

Responsibilities
- All Federal Work Study employees are required to complete 5 hours of communication service during the Fall and Spring Terms.
- Key Accountability Conducts study workshops/educational sessions as needed to facilitate the understanding of core courses Accountable for tracking student visits and entering data in a timely manner.
- Maintains current knowledge and application of writing according to the APA writing style requirements.
- Provides APA tutoring, writing reviews, and other activities designed to help students with academic and professional writing.
- Collaborates with the Director and the Nursing Coordinator to ensure student and faculty needs are being addressed accurately.
- Maintains the security and cleanliness of the CSS and monitors student use of the facilities.

Compensation and Benefits
- The compensation range for this position is $15per hour - $24.32per hour.
- This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health.
- The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
