Nocturnist physician

Hospitalist physicians provide clinical care for patients admitted at duke university health system hospitals and support surgical and specialty services through consultative general internal medicine practice. They also engage in teaching staff, graduate medical trainees, and medical students on inpatient educational rotations.

Candidates must have an md or do and complete advanced graduate medical education in internal medicine with board eligibility or certification. Clinical and teaching experience in an inpatient healthcare environment is preferred.
