Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)/RBT

This role involves providing one-On-One service to clients, primarily collecting and recording observed behavioral data while assisting bcbas with maintaining graphs and calculating data summaries. The technician will also be responsible for writing progress notes, program updates, and creating necessary session materials and stimuli.

Candidates need a bachelor's degree or an associate's degree (60 credits), though previous experience is preferred but not required, and prior experience working with children is mandatory. Applicants must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and be willing to learn, with required background clearances obtained before the hire date.
