Physical Therapist | Per Diem | Sign On Bonus | Center for Rehabilitation at Wilmington Hospital

The physical therapist will treat patients and provide therapy for individuals requiring rehabilitation following an injury or disease process. Responsibilities include establishing appropriate treatment programs with defined goals and completing all necessary patient care documentation, such as evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

Candidates must possess a bachelors, masters, or doctorate degree in physical therapy and hold or be eligible for a current delaware physical therapy license. A cpr certification is also required for this position.
