Nurse Residency Summer 2026- Operating Room Track

Nurse residents will participate in a 26-Week program integrating simulation, didactic, and preceptor-Led clinical experiences focused on learning the foundations and principles of surgery and the patient's surgical experience. The role involves being an integral part of a patient-Focused multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing quality care to surgical patients.

Candidates must be graduating from an accredited nursing school before june 2026 (Bsn preferred) and must be eligible for or licensed as an rn in delaware or a compact state, holding current bls certification. Successful candidates must sign a commitment agreement to work at christianacare for two years, with 15 months on the unit of hire.
