Outpatient Developmental Physical Therapist - Full-time and Part-time

The role involves providing direct patient care in physical therapy, including evaluations, treatment, and documentation. The therapist will also participate in program planning and quality improvement initiatives.

Candidates must have a master's degree in physical therapy and at least 1 year of clinical experience in pediatric or sports medicine. A valid wisconsin physical therapist license and bls certification are also required.
