Assistant Teacher Floater

The assistant teacher / Floater will provide essential classroom support across infant, toddler, and preschool rooms, assisting lead teachers with daily activities and routines aligned with the center's curriculum. Key duties include supporting children during meals, rest time, transitions, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and meet all wisconsin childcare licensing and background requirements. Prior experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool is preferred, and coursework or a child development associate (Cda) credential is a plus.
