The lead twos teacher will guide a classroom of 2-Year-Olds by planning and implementing play-Based lessons aligned with the l.e.a.p. Curriculum in a safe and engaging environment. Responsibilities also include maintaining daily routines, encouraging positive peer interactions, and observing developmental progress.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have required experience working with toddlers and possess a high school diploma or ged. Early childhood education coursework or a degree, along with lead teacher qualification under wisconsin childcare licensing, are preferred.
