Infant Lead Teacher

The lead teacher will guide the infant classroom by implementing engaging activities aligned with the l.e.a.p. Curriculum in a safe and nurturing setting. This includes supporting individualized infant routines such as feeding and diapering while encouraging early language and sensory development.

Candidates must have experience working with infants in an early childhood setting and possess a high school diploma or ged as a minimum requirement. Early childhood education coursework or a degree, along with lead teacher qualification under wisconsin licensing, are preferred.
