Assistant Teacher Floater

The assistant teacher / Floater will provide essential classroom support across infant, toddler, and preschool rooms, assisting lead teachers with daily routines and implementing play-Based learning experiences aligned with the curriculum. This role also involves supporting children during critical times like meals, rest, and transitions while maintaining a safe and organized environment.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and should ideally have prior experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool settings. Applicants are required to meet wisconsin childcare licensing and background requirements and must be reliable, flexible, and team-Oriented.
