Vocational Support Specialist

The specialist will develop and implement individualized service plans to support clients' vocational goals, facilitating skill development in vocational, social, and independent living areas. Responsibilities also include coordinating work-Based learning experiences, providing on-Site job support, and serving as a liaison between employers and clients.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with experience in rehabilitation, employment services, or social services. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, computer proficiency, and must pass a comprehensive background check, including having a valid driver's license.
