Behavior Tech / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician (Rbt) will work directly with clients receiving aba therapy, implementing programming developed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and collecting electronic data. Duties include completing daily notes, maintaining communication with the bcba, and providing therapy across home, school, and community settings.

Candidates must complete a 40-Hour rbt training course and pass the bacb rbt exam within 30 days if not already certified, along with completing paid cpr training. Required qualifications include a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the physical ability to bend, kneel, run, and lift up to 25 lbs.
