Behavior Tech/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician (Rbt) will work one-On-One with clients receiving aba therapy, implementing programs developed by the bcba and performing electronic data collection and daily notes. This role involves providing aba therapy across home, school, and community settings with flexibility to work at multiple locations.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and reliable transportation, along with the physical ability to bend, kneel, crouch, run, stand for periods, and lift up to 25 lbs. Successful completion of the 40-Hour rbt training and cpr training within 30 days of hire is required if not already certified.
