The registered behavior technician (Rbt) will work one-On-One with clients receiving aba therapy, implementing programs developed by the board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and performing electronic data collection. Duties also include completing daily notes and providing therapy across home, school, and community settings as directed.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and reliable transportation, along with the physical ability to bend, kneel, crouch, run, stand for periods, and lift up to 25 lbs. Applicants must also be able to complete required paid training for rbt certification and cpr within 30 days of hire if not already certified.
