Occupational Therapist

The role involves conducting occupational therapy evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients, primarily through telehealth or a hybrid format. A key function is providing clinical supervision and guidance to onsite certified occupational therapy assistants (Cotas) implementing therapy sessions.

Candidates must be a licensed occupational therapist in massachusetts with experience working with the pediatric population. Experience supervising cotas is preferred, and comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems is required.
