ABA Behavior Technician (after-school), North Attleboro MA

The behavior technician will implement individualized aba therapy sessions based on treatment plans provided by the bcba, working directly with clients in their home environment to teach and reinforce appropriate behaviors. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data, collaborating with the bcba, and maintaining professional standards.

Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, with college coursework in psychology or education preferred. Previous experience with children, especially those with autism, is a plus, and while basic aba understanding is preferred, training will be provided.
