ABA Behavior Technician (part-time/afternoon), North Attleboro MA

The behavior technician will implement individualized aba therapy sessions based on treatment plans provided by the bcba, working directly with clients in their home environment to teach and reinforce appropriate behaviors. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording progress data, collaborating on strategy adjustments, and maintaining professional standards.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with college coursework in psychology or education preferred. Previous experience working with children, especially those with autism, is a plus, though basic aba training will be provided.
