Evening School (YouthBuild Philly Flex) - Senior Seminar Teacher

The senior seminar teacher will lead a course focused on graduation readiness and postsecondary planning, supporting students in developing clear plans for college, training programs, and careers after graduation. Responsibilities also include teaching, tracking student progress, providing feedback, and facilitating an independent study hall section daily.

A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's degree preferred, alongside three or more years of teaching or youth development experience, preferably working with opportunity youth or in alternative education settings. Candidates must be deeply aligned with the youthbuild mission, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-Paced environment.
