Early Intervention BCBA – Life Skills Autism Academy (Center-Based)

The bcba lead will deliver aba therapy within a collaborative, in-Center setting, providing daily guidance to behavior technicians to ensure clinical excellence. This role involves developing and implementing individualized, assent-Based behavior plans and engaging parents through scheduled on-Site training sessions.

The role requires a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) passionate about early intervention for children aged five and under, focusing on compassionate, evidence-Based care. Key duties include clinical quality maintenance through supervision and data-Driven decision-Making, while utilizing proprietary platforms for streamlined operations.
