Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered behavior technicians provide direct client care in 1

1 and group settings, implementing prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and reduction protocols outlined in individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data, assisting with parent training, and ensuring timely documentation completion.

Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 45 days of employment, possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged, and be at least 18 years old. Physical requirements include the ability to get on the floor, lift up to 50lbs, and move quickly, alongside strong attention to detail and technological proficiency for data recording.
