Lead Teacher - Infant

The lead teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing and joyful space for infants, celebrating milestones, and collaborating with fellow teachers to craft engaging, age-Appropriate curriculum. This role also involves sharing daily updates with parents and designing a daily schedule balancing rest, activity, and motor skill development.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, meeting all state requirements for a preschool lead teacher, with prior experience as an infant teacher being essential. Preferred qualifications include a child development associate (Cda) or a relevant college degree, along with strong classroom management skills.
