School Based Community Health Educator

The school based community health educator conducts outreach to educate community members on health concerns and the availability of healthcare services. They also assess community health needs and organize health-Related activities.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of related experience. A college degree in a relevant field is preferred.
