School Based Community Health Educator

The school based community health educator conducts outreach and educates community members about health concerns and available healthcare services. They also assess community health needs and assist in organizing health-Related activities.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with six months of related experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education. A college degree in a relevant field is preferred.
