Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Part-Time

The registered behavior technician works one-On-One with children who have special needs, focusing on increasing communication and social skills while decreasing problem behaviors. They prepare for client sessions, run skill acquisition programs, and follow individualized behavior plans.

A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, along with company-Sponsored rbt certification prior to working independently with clients. Preferred qualifications include experience applying aba principles and working with children with special needs.
