ABA Clinician

Aba clinicians work one-On-One with children who have special needs, focusing on increasing communication and social skills while decreasing problem behaviors. They prepare for sessions, run skill acquisition programs, observe behaviors, and follow individualized behavior plans.

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, along with company-Sponsored rbt certification prior to working independently. Preferred qualifications include a concentration in social science and experience applying aba principles.
