Home Health RN Preceptor $10,000 Bonus

The home health nursing preceptor will serve as the primary mentor for new staff, focusing on orientation, support, guidance, and education to improve the quality of care and service delivery. This role also involves performing necessary patient assessments and daily visits according to the established plan of care and providing continuing education to patients and caregivers.

Candidates must possess an active rn license in the state of practice and are required to have previous home health experience, along with at least two years of overall nursing experience. Previous experience in education is preferred for this preceptor role.
