Core responsibilities
The youth leader supports the site director by engaging with youth during programming in a childcare setting and promotes relationship building with youth and families. They also supervise children, deliver engaging curriculum, and maintain a safe and organized program site.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have previous experience working with children preferred. They must also register in the merit system and complete specific training upon job offer.
