Aquatics Summer Swim Team Coach

The head swim team coach is responsible for creating an educational and safe experience for participants, writing and running season-Based swim team group workouts, and training other swim team coaches. This role also involves overseeing participant registration and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the aquatics facilities.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with a minimum of two years of swim coaching experience and necessary certifications like safety training for swim coaches, cpr/Aed. Candidates must also be able to complete required life time education courses and perform physical tasks associated with pool supervision and movement.
