Life Skills Coach

The life skills coach will support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence by coaching them on essential skills like cooking and budgeting. Responsibilities also include planning weekly goals, providing motivation, and maintaining consistent progress documentation through case notes and reports.

Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to cover the clearlake area, along with the ability to pass a background check. Essential competencies include computer literacy in ms word, email, and basic data entry, alongside a patient and compassionate nature.
