Life Skills Coach

The life skills coach will support individuals with developmental disabilities by coaching them on building independent living skills such as cooking and budgeting, while encouraging and motivating them to achieve greater independence. This role involves planning weekly goals, providing consistent documentation of progress through case notes, and collaborating with program managers and coordinators.

Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and be bilingual in english and spanish to work in the santa rosa area. Applicants must also be able to pass a background check and demonstrate computer literacy including ms word, email, and basic data entry.
