Life Skills Coach

The life skills coach will support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence by coaching them on essential daily living skills such as cooking and budgeting. Responsibilities also include encouraging clients, planning weekly goals, providing consistent documentation of progress, and collaborating with program staff.

Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to work in the lake county area and pass a background check. Essential computer literacy includes ms word, email, and basic data entry, alongside a heart for helping others and strong communication skills.
